Icon Water has released a new video explaining its upcoming 2028–2033 Price Review and what it could mean for Canberra’s water and wastewater services.
The five-yearly review will help set investment priorities, service levels and pricing for the next regulatory period.
The video explains:
• what the price proposal is and why it matters
• Icon Water’s role in ACT water governance
• the challenges facing Canberra’s water and wastewater services
• how the price proposal is developed
• how the community can help shape the outcomes that matter.
Icon Water is also inviting Canberrans to complete its Water Bill Simulator, which lets you explore different priorities and trade-offs and see how choices could affect future water bills.
The simulator is open until 9 October, with participants eligible to go into the draw for one of five $200 prepaid gift cards.
